General Service Terms
Service Times –
Estimated completion times vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected service package. We strive to deliver quality over speed.
Additional Charges –
Extra fees may apply for excessive soil buildup, pet hair removal, sap, or paint correction beyond standard detailing scope.
Engine Bay Cleaning –
Performed only with signed customer consent, as moisture exposure may affect certain electrical systems.
Pricing & Availability –
All pricing is subject to change without prior notice due to product or labor adjustments.
Payment Terms –
Full payment is due upon service completion unless a prior fleet or billing agreement is in place.
Cancellations / No-Shows –
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
Customer Responsibilities
Remove all valuables before service. Car Wash at 821 is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
Ensure keys and access are available at the time of your appointment.
Notify staff of any existing damage or modifications that may require special handling.

Pre-existing damage or defects not visible at the time of inspection.
Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our services.
Environmental factors (e.g., bird droppings, tree sap, salt corrosion) after the vehicle leaves our facility.
